- Delivery Charges for Karachi 150 and others 250 for each Kg will apply.
- In case of exchange and return due to size issue if buyer was not sure about her size, the delivery charges will be paid by the buyer. Refund time is 7 working days.
- We offer free return and exchange service only in case if the product doesn’t match with the description or is damaged.
- We are importers, please note that delivery time can be more than expected, During uncertain situations please cooperate with us.
- we have 12 to 20 working days delivery service for pre orders.
- Once the product reach here in Pakistan we do live sessions on our page or send the video personally to the customer. We do not dispatch directly without showing the product to our clients to aviod any uncertainty or misconception about the product.
- Please note that we are not manufacturers, we are only importers. If product is discontinued or your size will not available with the factory, or any other issue faced by the factory. We will simply return back your advance. As its not in our hands.
- Delivery time in Pakistan, after reaching the product, Karachi will get their products in two to three days or they can pick the product from our shop by themselves. Other cities will take 5 to 7 working days for cod. If anyone wishes to receive the product through TCS or Leopard they have to pay extra delivery charges as TCS and leopard are not charging the same amount (per kg 350 plus).
- Once you place your order, please wait for the given time of period panpooh.com.ua. We will inform you if your package arrived before time.
- Whatsapp service time is 11 am to 9 pm only.
- We are not going to confirm any order without advance payment which is 25% only of the total bill.
- Resellers, shop keepers, marts owners have to pay full advance for bookings and in stock products as well. Products will not sent on credit.
